solid stay in the city center
helpful staff firm bed central location
The staff were helpful, and the breakfast selection was plentiful. the room was clean, and i found the bed firm to my liking. i especially liked the central location. It made exploring so easy.
i found the room temperature too warm, even with adjustments, impacting my sleep.

poorly stocked minibar single kettle
the staff were very professional and helpful , as expected.
i was disappointed to find the minibar poorly stocked. it felt hidden away in a cupboard , not easily accessible. additionally , i found only one kettle in the room , which seemed quite insufficient.

spacious room many drawers free minibar helpful service
The room was a spacious Standard King Room. I found many drawers for clothes, often lacking. The mini bar was complimentary and restocked daily, something I do appreciate. Breakfast had many choices and a young Indian man provided helpful service.

The hotel has an optimal central location, so it's easy to get around and see the sights. Nearby, the hotel next door has a bar. The noise travels but stops around 2 AM. The location gives you great access to the city.

I saw modern bathrooms and artistic wall designs. The sauna in the basement was closed, too bad. There are two elevators so there is no wait time. The hotel include Kaffemaskin pluss vannkoker og te på rommet.

The staff checked me in well before 3 pm, which I appreciated. The staff spoke perfect English and were friendly and helpful. The cleaning personnel were very clean and nice. They do a awesome job.

clean room central location helpful staff expensive buffet non-functional smart tv
I stayed in a standard double room for my visit. the room was very clean and well-kept. the location is excellent. I could easily walk to many central areas. the staff were also helpful and polite.
i also found the breakfast buffet to be quite expensive. the smart tv cast did not work, a little inconvenient. Twice.
