The breakfast each morning was really good and offered a lot of choice (especially the pancakes and sausages!). The pool was good for little ones and adults and we used the waterslides a lot. The staff was friendly and developed a great relationship with the kids.
I think the prices for drinks were too high.

i found my room very well-kept and quite spacious. the hotel staff was consistently helpful, assisting with directions and local recommendations. the pool area was kept clean and provided ample sunbeds. i really enjoyed the on-site dining options with a good variety of choices.
the gym had limited equipment, it could use a few more machines.

the room itself was nice. it had a big balcony and a decent view.
the room cleaning was not good. the floor was never cleaned , even after i asked several times. the shower drain was blocked, and i had to shower with standing water.
