Acceptable location. Disappointing cleanliness and service
poor cleanliness inadequate service
The hotel is in a location easily accessible to restaurants, the beach, and the city center.
The customer service here is lacking. It was often difficult to communicate with staff, most of whom did not seem proficient in english. Cleanliness was also an issue. Upon arrival, i noticed a dirty towel, dirty glasses, and mugs. The daily cleaning seemed limited to changing towels. I had to request the floor be mopped after three days.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of choices. the hotel features multiple patios. Each is ideal for sea views. i found the staff attentive and helpful. they were very efficient in ensuring guests were well cared for.

a good stay
quiet location good view free parking convenient access
I found the location surprisingly quiet. The view was certainly good. the hotel provided free parking, so i walked to the nearby center. i appreciated the convenient access to restaurants, all just a short walk from the hotel. i easily walked down to the beach, a convenient distance from everything.
the bed in my room felt a little too hard, not quite providing the comfort i prefer.

The staff was attentive. They promptly resolved minor issues. the team always was efficient. any requests received immediate attention, something i value highly.

The breakfast offered a good variety of selections. Fresh coffee was made to order. the staff in the dining area was consistently friendly and obliging. i found the overall breakfast experience quite satisfying.

the hotel's location is near the city center and the sea. i enjoyed the easy access to nearby restaurants and the waterfront. the view from the restaurant and pool area was wonderful.

wonderful views friendly staff expected cleanliness high expense
the hotel has two pools. they provided wonderful views. the restaurant staff including miss kiraz and mr mert were super friendly.
the cleanliness of the room itself was not as expected. hotel management was not pleased when i bought bottled water from places other than the hotel itself. the owner said they are 'running a business'. the expense of buying it from the hotel was high.

i thought the location was perfect and close to the centre. breakfast included many choices.. i loved it! our room had a spacious balcony. attentive servers were always available.
the bed was quite hard.
