the staff was great. the rooms are spacious also. the location is excellent for hiking in the mountains. the nature is magnificent and i loved it.
i am never coming back because i was left disappointed. i believe it is nowhere near a four-star standard. the reception gave me only one room key. no additional information was provided, i needed to ask myself.

The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and a variety of local cheeses. The attached aquapark provided hours of entertainment for my kids, and the water temperature was perfect. I liked the bowling alley, it provided a fun evening activity. The location offered easy access to hiking trails.
I did find the lack of air conditioning in the room to be a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer parts of the day. Opening the window helped, but it also let in some street noise.

The room was spacious and well kept, including a balcony overlooking the mountains. The bathroom had modern fixtures and a rainfall shower. I found the beds to be very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.
