Mixed feelings about MY stay

The food situation was a bit dicey, I must say. Everything seemed to be sitting out WAY ahead of time , not exactly screaming 'fresh'. The temperature was, shall we say, less than ideal, and the selection seemed fairly limited. Also , I have certain dietary restrictions and the staff acted like gluten-free bread was some kind of mythical unicorn.
