a lovely stay
helpful staffclean roomgreat design
the staff was very helpful. i found the reception, room services, and other personnel accommodating, and they always were great too provide the best services. the cleanliness was also great. the room design was a plus, and everything felt fresh and well kept.
i noticed slight sound issues between rooms because of a party on friday night, but it ended by midnight.

the staff displays great friendliness always ready to assist with a smile. from the reception to the cleaning services, everyone contributes positively to the hotel atmosphere. mr mahmood alkhatib at the reception was particularly helpful.
