such A charming Surprise
clean hotel friendly staff good facilities amazing value
I liked how clean the hotel was. The staff were friendly and efficent. The facilities were really good for skiing near THE mountains. The half board option offered amazing VALUE.
It got too hot in the room, and also in the lobby when I got there. It was only 18 degrees Celsius outside, but reminded me of 30 degrees inside.

good variety convenient location warm room lacking cleanliness
i appreciated the breakfast. there was a good variety of food. the location was also really convenient, i found it easy to get around.
the room felt quite warm when i arrived. even though it was only 18 degrees outside, it felt much warmer inside. the cleanliness was also not the best, i noticed some areas needing more attention.

high room temperature basic facilities
I found the room temperature uncomfortably high and the lobby was also too warm upon arrival. it seemed like a sauna inside, even though it was only 18 degrees celsius outside. the room wasn't as clean as i expect, and the facilities were quite basic. also, the breakfast seemed geared towards winter with its high fat content. Not ideal for my visit at this time of year.

bad food poor waitress training
the room was spacious, acceptable.
The food in the restaurant wasn't great, especially for the price. it reminded me of school dinners. also, a waitress embarrassed me in front of other guests because i unknowingly took someone's table. I think she needs training on how to speak to guests.

old furniture cigarette smoke
the hotel provided complimentary transport into the city, a positive aspect of my stay.
The room felt outdated, the furniture showed considerable wear, and the carpeting looked quite old. breakfast service was disappointing. Items ran out quickly and weren't promptly replenished, particularly the scrambled eggs, gone by 9 am. the room had a strange smell that reminded me of cigarette smoke.
