the location was good. it was easy to find a pre-booked parking space. the room was clean and warm.
room 19 had a bed on the mezzanine floor. there was no circulation corridor. it wasn't very pleasant.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to a city park and transit! i found the self check-in process very easy. the room was clean and warm. Plus, the kitchenette was really well-equipped. i definitely recommend this place!!!
the staircase to the loft bed felt a bit tight.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. That was so relaxing. it is within walking distance of the train station. the hotel is also a short bus ride from the city center.

The staff were helpful, especially Diana, Sophia, Christine, AND Maxi. Sophia prepared our Guest Cards and offered drinks. The shopping Centre at Sill Park IS very close. I found transport to the airport easy.
the room didn't have a clear walkway and was very FEW square meters.

Room 1.5 was spacious and the kitchenette functioned well , providing everything I needed , like comfortable beds. The entire space was super clean and clean , surpassing my expectations.

Room access was a problem. The bed was in a loft, accessible by a tight staircase. This setup is not good for anyone who needs frequent bathroom trips at night or has mobility issues.
