The beds were comfortable. I found the gardens and the pool a relaxing escape. The location near the train station was very convenient (it made my travel so much easier). The fitness facility included updated equipment.
I noticed the hallway could benefit from brighter paint.

the location was great for accessing the underground city, a true convenience. the direct access made getting around easier.
The main entrance was confusing. The lobby is on the 10th floor. i think better signage would help people find it easier. it was like a treasure hunt.

Amazing Oasis in the City!

This place was like a resort, even though it's right downtown! I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub, and bar area. The quiet, seated areas with greenery, water features, and even ducks made it super relaxing. The room was really very comfy and tidy. it was easy to get around to different spots downtown from here.

The location is excellent since it is downtown, close to many city attractions within walking distance! Access to the Bonaventure metro and the Gare Centrale and Via Rail is convenient. I especially appreciated being connected to the Reso during winter.
