comfortable bedvalet parkingfresh towels
the room was a fairmont queen room the bed was comfortable i could control the temperature easily the climate control worked fine the hotel offered valet parking i used it to store my vehicle. the pool area was nice and clean there were fresh towels available . there was a cafe on-site i got a coffee each morning it was always prepared well
i noticed a slight delay during check-in

the hotel's location proved acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
I experienced issues with room service . Orders were frequently delayed, and on one occasion, the wrong item was delivered. the gym equipment also was worn. The treadmill's display flickered constantly, and the elliptical machine made loud noises during operation. the daily parking fee seemed excessive considering the limited availability.

underwhelming stay at a supposedly grand hotel
expensive parkingunconcerned staff
I was pretty let down by my recent visit. i couldn't believe that valet parking cost so much!!! plus, when i arrived, my room wasn't ready. i had to wait an extra hour. That messed up my whole schedule. the staff seemed pretty unconcerned. They just shrugged it off.
