The hotel grounds were expansive with a tennis court. the lawns are manicured. we liked the size of the pool. It was very clean and offered plenty of room for all the guests to swim.
the bathroom was old and not very functional. the air conditioning did not work . it was problematic in july. we got a room that was worse than what we booked

The grounds featured bright flowers and manicured lawns. I saw several patios for dining outdoors. The swimming pool was lovely with a nearby restaurant area. The breakfast buffet offered the best food I had during my trip to Italy.
My room had a low ceiling in the loft, I bumped my head on the beam a couple of times.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff took great care of us. They are attentive and provide a welcome drink upon arrival.
