The location were really central. It was like five minutes from the main square. I did appreciate the wine tasting. The tour of the cellars were very informative.
My room it was small for the price. I thought it were not that luxurious like I expected for a five star hotel. Also the optional service charge, I dont think hotels should do that.

I found the staff very attentive to my needs. a welcome drink awaited me upon arrival. i appreciated the quick resolution when i requested a different pillow. The staff addressed it promptly. the breakfast each morning featured fresh, local ingredients, it really impressed me.
the room had a small issue, the air conditioning did not work properly one afternoon. it made the room stuffy for a short period. i mentioned it to the reception, hoping they address it .
