the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location provided easy access to shops, dining, and tourist sites.

the bathroom door did not close properly. the entrance hall and stairwell were filthy with dust and dirt. the room was unpleasantly small and unventilated with dirty carpets and cracked banisters.
