charming stay near canal saint-martin
thoughtful amenitiesquality toiletries
i enjoyed the thoughtful amenities. upon arrival , i found macarons waiting for me. there was a coffee and tea machine available in the room , alongside a mini fridge and complimentary bottled water. the bathroom provided quality toiletries , a nice touch for travelers.
while the reception offered assistance bringing them down , there was no answer when i tried calling. this was an inconvenience , especially with multiple suitcases.

The location offered easy access to the gare de l'est. A nearby station provided convenient transportation to many areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful ..
The receptionist wrote down my card details with the cvv code. I felt this was unsafe. The room's layout felt impractical, especially with luggage. Sleeping was difficult because of noise from the street and nearby restaurant.

the staff provided ice buckets and glasses for champagne upon request. our room got meticulously cleaned each day (i really liked that).
the room only had one small window in the bedroom.
