i appreciated the hotel's central location near the champs élysées. i found many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. the staff was helpful and accommodating. i liked the spacious, large bathroom in my room.
the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear noises from other rooms when doors closed.

totally awesome stay!
prime locationspacious roommissing mirror
the location is prime, with easy access to shopping and great restaurants. the staff was super friendly! i really loved that the rooms were spacious , with large bathrooms. don't forget , the breakfast had tons of choices , including hot sausage, bacon, and eggs , so you start the day right!
my only gripe is that one of the rooms i booked had no mirrors in the main space , so i had to use the bathroom mirror for everything , which was kind of annoying. plus , the electricity kept tripping , which was really a concern because it switched off my expensive dyson products.

the receptionists offered excellent service , greeting us with smiles , and aurelia was particularly helpful . the housekeeping staff did a great job , and the bellhops assisted with luggage so i didn't have to deal with the stairs.

the room had a comfort bed, and i loved the bathroom's great shower with good water pressure! it also had vegan and organic friendly shampoo and shower products , which is a nice touch for people who care about that sort of thing.
