the breakfast was amazing with great selections. the staff was wonderful and very helpful. the room was clean and well-kept.

soundproofing was not great. i could hear street noise from my room on the 3rd floor. it was hard to sleep well with the traffic.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops, and it makes exploring very easy. it is also close to a metro station, nice for quick transportation around the area. Public transport is very accessible.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring various parts of the city. i could easily walk or take the train to both the downtown area and the unesco sites. the pool and spa area was a welcome amenity. The service was really good. its riverside location.

the only slight downside was that the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, it seemed to revert to a preset temperature, which i found a bit inconvenient.
