superb stay!
charming staffeasy walkmissing fridge
the staff were very charming and cute. the breakfasts included everything i needed and more. it was an easy walk to many sites, also a short walk to trains, metro, and buses.
the room lacked essential facilities i expect in a four-star hotel. there was no fridge and no landline phone to contact reception. also, the hairdryer kept stopping, difficult to use.

I found easy access to the main train station. Some good restaurants were located nearby. The bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the staff and their friendly service.
I found the room not clean upon arrival. The floor needed a good mopping. The hotel should address cleanliness better.
