cacao pulp hiking trail
the Jurassic Trail had many signs to explain what you are seeing. i tasted cacao pulp, new for me.
my room had some noise from the north to south road.

really good stay

I thoroughly enjoyed the jurassic boardwalk path. It offered fine views. the staff was AMAZING!!! they were always ready to assist. the handmade chocolate i created during the 'tree to bar' tour was quite tasty. the hotel's open-air room provided a magical rainforest experience.
the open-air design, while unique, allowed constant traffic noise to enter the room. i found it difficult to shut out the sound from the adjacent north-south road. this impacted the peacefulness significantly.

the room lacked air conditioning, yet this was good. this allowed for connection with nature and disconnection from the connected world. the room provided open views of the piton mountains.

the infinity pool is lovely and offers a great view. the hotel offers an extensive series of optional tours to local sites. these excursions can be arranged at the front desk. the estate hiking trails were well maintained.

the location is a unesco world heritage site, a great feature. the hotel is close to a main road. the hotel's views are very beautiful from every corner, especially from the restaurant.

The large bathroom included a rainfall shower. the infinity pool had an amazing view facing the piton. i was also charmed by the truffles in the fridge. They didn't last long!!!
The highway next to the hotel created non-stop traffic noise. It prevented a restful place. the hotel had mosquitos during the night. i noticed a gap in the floorboards between the net and the bed, and i suspect they were getting in.
