The restaurant staff seemed unhappy. It was noticeable. it didn't feel cute compared to other places i've visited. this affected the overall experience. the staff could improve their attitude and service.

The location was really convenient. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants. complimentary breakfast was a bonus. It offered a good start to the day.
The hotel felt a bit dated and could use some tlc. It needs some updating. the service in the bar was quite slow. It sometimes took a while to get drinks.

my room was clean and stylish. it had comfortable furnishings. i enjoyed having patio doors leading to the quiet back garden. the reception area made a good impression, and the pool area with its pretty gardens was nice.

the pool was a great size with enough space for everyone. hammocks were a nice extra , and i appreciated having them available. the restaurant had a wide selection and everything seemed fresh.
the chicken in my alfredo was very tough , and i wanted to speak to the chef but he was unavailable. i asked what kind of chicken it was because it seemed grilled and placed over the pasta. there were few tables occupied , so i was disappointed by this experience.
