the house felt WARM. it was very clean. my room featured good equipment with NICE decorations. I made use of the kitchen toaster plus the microwave which I found quite simple to manage.
i had difficulty initially getting into the hotel because the key box was difficult to see, and then the key didn't work.

the location suited me. i was ATTENDING an event at benn hall. it was about an eight minute walk. the AREA was also quiet being only ten minutes walk from the town centre.

the kitchen includes lots of crockery and utensils. the bathroom on the first floor was quite spacious. i found off street parking available and i consider access to the hotel quite secure.

the bed felt comfortable. pillows were provided for support. wifi access was fast and reliable. i had an armchair and a foldable table to get WORK done.

The small kitchen area lacked essential facilities. there was only a microwave, kettle, toaster, and a tabletop cooker. This setup is insufficient for longer stays. i expect a full kitchen when i book accommodations for several nights. the limited cooking options were particularly inconvenient.

the HOUSE was warm. i found the room super clean. entering the hotel was simple and parking worked well. my room was well-equipped and the bed felt comfortable.
i was very lucky TO get space out the door HOWEVER, if i hadn't, there were no clear directions to the car park behind.
