a little escape.

spacious roominviting atmospherefrench doors
monica was so helpful arranging everything. the room was spacious. it had a lovely, inviting atmosphere and the facilities met all my needs. i especially adored the twin room with french doors that opened to a quaint decked area.
The street parking was a bit challenging. It was often full. a minor inconvenience in an otherwise superb stay.

A thai restaurant sat across the road. it was at the fox inn. there was also the shambles. its great staff ensured sunday roast. was lovely. This hotel was just two minutes up the road.

I was given a mat for muddy boots. This was thoughtful. breakfast was GOOD. a good pub was close to the house.
