convenient locationnon-functional tvproblematic check-in
the location is quite convenient, near local spots and tourist areas alike. it was acceptable.
Check-in was a mess. the provided key code didn't work (i was like i was locked out, seriously). the tv was useless. It just showed a screensaver and no instructions were available.

quiet streetlocal areaaccessible trains
the apartment location was very good. i found hip bars and cafeterias very near. metro stations were close too. the building sat on a quiet street with many locals. the neighborhood was recommend as out of touristy areas, but still accessible to trains.
the building acoustic wasn't great. i hear everything outside.

many eateries surrounded the building. i notice a charming square with several options. there where also stores and bakeries close by. the area provide plenty of choice for every meal.

the queen studio were very comfortable, clean, and new. it had great decoration. the room had everything i needed for my vacation. i think it's super well located near the subway station.

i see a coworking space on the first floor. the staff sent recommendations for places to eat. they were reachable whenever i needed help. i could also use the office space downstairs if i wanted.

the place were super convenient. the area is safe and convenient too. i had no problem reaching public transportation. it were near to many hip bars and cafeterias. several metro stations were close too.

the provided instructions for entry were clear. a mid-stay cleaning was done since i stayed over five days. i also enjoyed the co-working space and the rooftop, which are open daily. the apartment had everything needed and the shower with both rainfall and handheld options was excellent.
the soundproofing wasn't optimal , and i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring apartments.

there were ample plates , forks , and glasses available. the kitchen included a refrigerator , a stove , and a kettle. upon arrival , there was complimentary water provided for immediate use.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they promptly addressed any questions i had , both offline and online. when i accidentally broke a plate , they were understanding and did not charge me.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I got clear directions to nearby supermarkets and restaurants. I also received recommendations for local attractions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay.
The TV in the room did not work properly. I could not get past the screen saver. I also noticed broken towel holders in the bathroom, disappointing.
