I stayed in a room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom included a powerful, hot shower. This was really refreshing. Water was freely available on my floor near the elevators.
The check-in process could have been quicker.

I found the location convenient! It's just minutes from a major transportation hub and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I really liked the lounge area. It offers great views and a free coffee machine.

My room was clean and a good size! It had a mini fridge, a Nespresso machine, and a microwave. I also found free empty bottles plus a chilled water machine available on my floor which was very convenient.

The staff clearly enjoyed their jobs! They were always ready to help with directions and recommendations. I also appreciated that they offered luggage storage after checkout, which allowed me to explore more before my flight.

While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, it does have a coffee machine, and you are able to bring in whatever food you want. There are a variety of bars and quick bites available in the immediate area surrounding the hotel. This made it easy to grab a meal!

Amazing stay with Really good amenities!

The bed was supremely comfortable. The room was thoughtfully appointed. I especially liked that coffee and filtered water were available ALL the time. I also appreciated the very nice touches such as the ample supply of toiletries, replenished daily. The VIEW was fine. I could see the city lights at night.
The check-in process was a little slow, as there was a small queue when I arrived. the staff were attentive.

The coffee machine on the 27th floor dispensed cappuccinos and other specialty coffees, all complimentary. It was a lovely touch to start the day with AMAZING coffee and a view. There was also a water dispenser.

Each floor had a water refilling station, a really convenient amenity. The lounge on the top floor offered BEAUTIFUL views and a relaxing space. Access to the lounge was easy and available throughout the day.

The staff were thoughtful and were very good too help me. My room on the 27th floor had a couch and table. This feature gave it a more spacious, suite-like feel.
