the staff stored our luggage when we arrived early.
The room lacked a full-length mirror. also, the description mentioned a fridge, however there was no fridge in the room. the shower did not work very well. The water took a long time to warm up.

The subway station was very close. this made traveling around very easy. the staff was kind and helpful. They answered all my questions promptly. the room included a coffee machine, and i used it daily.
The walls felt thin. I could hear noises from the hallway. the surrounding areas were not very clean. There was litter on the streets. the bed was softer than i prefer. This made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room lacked a full-length mirror. This was inconvenient when dressing. i found the room to be quite small. there was no fridge in the room, a feature i expected.

The hotel is near orchard street, close to several subway stations. friendly staff smiled often. my room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels looked each day, it was nice.
temperature control. the room got very warm, over 80 degrees, even after turning the heat off. the street noise bothered my sleep a little.
