Honestly, the room lighting was dim, almost theatrical. i found that rather annoying. also, the promised sea view was more of a sliver between buildings. i think the hotel should consider installing brighter lights in their rooms and provide a more accurate description of the view from the window. i was a bit let down. Expected more considering the price.

The staff were very friendly and efficient! the location is also great. I found it easy to access many sites. i always try to choose locations that are nearby places i intend to visit.
My stay did not entirely meet my expectations. The room's soundproofing was insufficient. the nights were noisy as a result. the breakfast lacked variety. The quality of the products was subpar for a hotel of this standard.

the staff was gracious and gave helpful information. the restaurant had wonderful dishes. i enjoyed sitting outside for meals. fernando was especially kind. we noticed extra effort was put into making our room accommodating. there were three different sets of glasses, champagne, tumbler, etc. the location is great.
