the hotel was clean. the staff were attentive and polite. the hotel offers lovely garden paths and pools.
i ordered room service because i hurt my knee. i specifically asked for tabasco, but it was not included. the food was lukewarm and the pepper container was empty. it was very disappointing.

The grounds and gardens create a tranquil atmosphere. The spa stood out with its really good design. I appreciated the large pools and attentive poolside service. Breakfast offered a wide assortment of options, including custom omelets.
Some scuff marks and chipped paint were present in the room. These issues could be easily fixed with a little updating. The areas diminished the otherwise excellent experience.
