Excellent stay, great service

helpful staffconvenient locationcute drinkreliable wifi
The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. The tram stop is located right outside the hotel, providing easy access to the city. The lobby decoration is lovely, and a cute drink awaited me upon arrival. The wifi connection was reliable and fast.
The bathroom mirror was positioned a bit high for me.

My room included comfortable bedding and was fairly quiet. The room offered ample space and it was cleaned each day. It provided good conditions, not too hot like some hotels.

While i did not have breakfast, water and coffee were available for one euro. This service is convenient for a quick refreshment, and it is reasonably priced.

helpful staffgood locationbathroom designuncleaned roomdamaged curtaininsufficient heating
The staff were very helpful. The location was good, a short walk to the central station. The room was clean and big enough for my short stay. I liked the bathroom design. It had a beautiful mirror light.
My room was not cleaned even though I put the sign outside. The towels were not replaced. They didn't dry properly because the heating wasn't sufficient. There was no heated towel dryer rack. The curtain at the door was damaged and didn't close, so I needed an eye mask.

the location was acceptable, situated near the central train station.
I was annoyed that the room lacked proper soundproofing. I constantly heard noise from the corridor. this disrupted my sleep. the shower leaked into the bathroom. The floor was always wet. finally, the receptionist on duty was impolite. This interaction really soured my overall impression.

I found a few things disappointing. Our "Beautiful Double Room" wasn't properly cleaned. I noticed hairs in the bathroom. The heating was insufficient to dry the towels overnight. The curtain at the door was also damaged. It did not close completely.
