diana at reception was amazing, really helpful with my requests. she explained all hotel facilities clearly (i liked that). the hotel lounge had great coffee plus oat milk, water, and snacks, nice. rooms seemed recently renovated and very clean.

the room was warm and the air conditioning didn't work well. i could hear sounds from other rooms too, so the sound isolation could be better. i found this inconvenient.

The tram stop IS close. The location near the peace palace proves convenient. I appreciated the free coffee and drinks available downstairs. A cozy area to sit provides an ADORABLE space.

The air conditioning worked, but needed turning on. That was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel breakfast offered very healthy options. It catered to guests wanting a balanced diet. The tram stop was very close to the hotel. That proximity made getting around easy.

The room felt warm. The airco did not work very well. I could hear everything happening in the other rooms. The sound isolation was not good.
