the staff was lovely.. they showed true kindness . the organic breakfast was excellent with fresh pressed juice. the communal area near reception was a pleasant spot at night. it had convenient internet terminals.

My room was small and i found that to be an issue. there was no separate bathroom. Instead, there was a shower cubicle in the room's corner. the sink was also in the room with just a curtain for privacy, while the toilet was next to it in another small cabin.

I was pleased with the room i was given, it had the essence of comfort! the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their kindness. the decor of the hotel included upcycled furniture, a lovely touch. the outdoor area was beautiful with many plants, a relaxing space to enjoy a drink.

i found that the hotel has no air-cons in the rooms, as they are an environmentally friendly hotel. i wasn't aware of this and the room was a tad too warm. it would be helpful to know this beforehand.

the hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from westbanhof and u-bahn. this location felt safe and provided easy access to transportation. there are many restaurants in the area if you don't want to travel into the touristy central area.

the reception staff was nice and helpful when my case did not arrive, they assisted while i waited for the item. the staff were lovely and their approach is one of the key strengths. the restaurant staff was really good and very attentive.
