the location proved convenient. the proximity to major attractions was a definite plus, as i could easily walk to many destinations. complimentary tea and coffee being available all day was also a nice touch.

my in-room nespresso machine was not working. it was quite disappointing as i enjoy having coffee in the morning.

the location was dreamy i could walk to the main attractions so easily. the staff showed such sweetness i felt immediately welcome and cared for. my room was clean and very spacious it reminded me of a true sanctuary. breakfast offered many options ensuring a good start to each morning.

the bathroom lighting seemed a bit dim making it slightly difficult to apply makeup.

i noticed the shower door did not prevent water from going onto the bathroom floor. it was a bit annoying after each shower i took.

The staff were wonderfully helpful. They provided detailed directions. My room was clean. I also found the location convenient to public transport. The subway station was only a few minutes walk. The air conditioning in my room worked very well.
