The staff were indeed helpful, assisting with luggage storage. My room had both a kettle and provided tea and coffee, a nice touch. The location proved very convenient, especially given the proximity to the tube station. This made zipping around town simple.
The street outside did get loud late at night.

The hotel has air conditioning in the rooms, this is a nice bonus for controlling room temperature. There is luggage storage, and it lets guests store their bags before check-in or after checking out. I found this service useful.

My budget double room includes toiletries and a fridge. There is a green light that stays on constantly, I found this quite bright. The room provides enough space for one person and included adequate storage.

The hotel does not offer on-site dining, I did find this a limitation. A cafe nearby offers croissants and coffee for breakfast, this is a good option. There are numerous Indian and Turkish restaurants around, this provides many choices.

The staff was kind and they were helpful . They asked if I wanted the room cleaned, which I did. They also offered fresh towels, helpful after my long days.

The hotel is near Aldgate East tube station, it takes about a minute to walk there. I found this location ideal for accessing different areas by tube. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Tower of London.

The location is very convenient. Liverpool Street train station is within walking distance. My room included air conditioning (which I appreciated!). The room was also clean and tidy. I found the staff very friendly .
The street was somewhat noisy at night. It did not affect my sleep, though.

Simple stay near the tube

Location was great. Tube stations were easily accessible,. I appreciated the restaurants that served good food and were a good value. I would definitely stay there again.
Air conditioning was not functional and the heating also did not work. I think a spruce would improve the décor.

the room was clean and tidy. the location proved good for travelling around the area. the room suited my needs for a one night stay.
the air con was not working and neither was the heating. the wifi did not work the tv also did not keep a signal. a dripping noise was constant i could not locate it.
