i found parking very easy and the outside lighting was good. the room felt very cosy. underfloor bathroom heating was lovely. breakfast was excellent. it was a great way to start the day.
I did notice a very small stain on the rug. It really didn't affect my stay.

There was no privacy in the room. I could hear people talking early in the morning. it seemed like they could also hear me. This was really uncomfortable. the breakfast was just ok. the poached eggs were underdone.

viv provided a very friendly welcome. extra touches. the bed provided very nice comfort. breakfast was a great way to start the day. the ensuite included new decorations with equipment plus a large bath.
slight noise disturbance occurred due to proximity to other guests' activities.

The cleanliness met my standards. The house was clean.
I was disturbed by noise. i could clearly hear the owners moving around the house early in the morning. i also found the breakfast to be somewhat lacking. The sausages tasted of poor quality.
