The staff provided excellent service by arranging luggage delivery to my next hotel. The shuttle service running every 20 minutes added great comfort! i found the room large and clean. It was a great surprise, the bathroom was also amazing.

I found a brand new coffee machine with great-tasting coffee pods. The bidet was state-of-the-art. The bed and pillows provided GREAT comfort. The shower and toilet area were separate, a nice touch. I was very impressed by this thoughtfulness.
the window curtain didn't provide COMPLETE blackout. Early morning light entered the room. This made it difficult to sleep past sunrise. It was only a slight issue.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Tourist attractions are slightly FURTHER away. The imperial palace is near. This location provided a serene atmosphere AWAY from the hustle.

the breakfast was acceptable, it had japanese options.
The mattress was super hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. i was on painkillers because of the discomfort. the hotel didn't offer any solutions. I was frustrated.
