Excellent Champagne Experience

This hotel is perfect for exploring the Champagne region. I found many great dinner options within a short drive, including Château d'Étoges. My room was spacious, very comfortable and the staff was cute (they offered a glass of local Champagne upon arrival!).

The gym is a bit underwhelming, but I was too busy enjoying everything else to really care.

i found the staff very warm. They welcomed me with attention to detail. My room, a 'chambre privilège', was well decorated. The food in both restaurants impressed me. The service matched its five stars valuation perfectly.

the television had only one italian channel. this channel (rai news) unfortunately did not work most of the time. during my three days, the room was never vacuumed. i noticed this with certainty.
