convenient location helpful staff terry cloth dated decor limited plug points tired look
the location allowed easy access to nearby champagne houses. staff assisted with selecting a tasting tour. i appreciated the thick terry cloth robes.
The hotel seemed a little tired, it needs updating. i don't think it deserves 4 stars. the decor felt drab. There were not enough plug points.

really good stay!
fantastic location wide selection friendly staff secure parking
The location is fantastic. I easily walked to several attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of choices. staff were very friendly and helpful . the hotel also provided secure parking, which i really needed.
The gym is a bit small. It only has a few machines.

my beautiful double room had a king-size bed with very soft linens. there was a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room also included a coffee maker.

convenient location friendly staff secure storage easy exploration
The hotel's location is convenient for exploring local attractions. I found the staff very friendly. They handled my late train time with ease. The hotel stored my luggage in a secure area after checkout. This allowed me to continue exploring the city without any inconvenience.
The on-site parking space was a bit tight.

The room had silk wallpaper and decorative velvet pillows adding a luxurious touch. It was spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The mini-bar included reasonably priced champagne and various drinks. A nice option was readily available.

quiet location attentive staff well-appointed rooms
The townhouse has a sympathetic conversion to a hotel. The hotel boasts an authentic and homey feel. I appreciated that Netflix was accessible in the room .
I noticed heavy foot steps from the floor above my room. I found this disturbance affected the peace of the premises.

fresh pastries wide selection
the breakfast buffet was delicious. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and wide selection of cheeses. the staff was always available to help with directions and recommendations.
the tv remote was a bit unresponsive!

outdated room dirty bath
The room felt quite outdated. Small windows didn't help. i was also disappointed to find the bath was not as clean as it should be. it detracted from the experience, and i expected better hygiene.

The hotel staff are so polite. They gave me plenty of helpful information about local attractions. I used the secure off-road parking. This was really useful. The breakfast had such fresh options. I enjoyed all the choices.
