the hotel has onsite parking, which i found secure. my room was quiet despite the hotel being near commercial area. staff seemed helpful, always ready to answer questions. i appreciated the reasonably priced menu.
the corridor looked a bit old, some redecoration would make it better.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location served my needs perfectly for touring the area. the accommodation was adequate for a short stay. the value was very good, especially considering i stayed for five nights.
i was disappointed evening meals were unavailable at weekends. it seemed guests were treated differently from others despite a lengthy stay. i felt this was unfair.

misleading signsmall bathroom
i noticed the hotel advertised a restaurant, it wasn't open during the weekend. there was a large restaurant sign, so this was quite misleading. the bathroom was very small. the room needed some redecorating, especially the corridors.

I appreciated the proximity to the Memorial Museum . It was a short walk from the location. The evening meal offered good value , and I found it satisfying. The breakfast was well-stocked, offering a generous variety.
The room felt small. The space was limited. The bathroom was also quite small , with the toilet closely positioned between the shower and sink. The corridors seemed a bit tired and could benefit from redecoration.

The reception staff was responsive. They answered my questions. The room decoration was tasteful. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel did not have a lift. There was no cup in the room for hot drinks. Small glasses were available instead. It made drinking a hot drink a bit challenging.
