FANTASTIC stay!
refillable waterhelpful staffconditioner absence
The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! The staff was very helpful and NICE. I especially appreciated the lobby table football and refillable water bottles. The availability of both plain and sparkling water was a SUPER plus.
The shower lacked conditioner. Only shampoo was available. This made hair care difficult, especially after swimming. I suggest they add conditioner for a more complete bathroom experience.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. Access into the center is easy via tram. The tram stop is a short walk from the hotel making it very convenient to travel around.

The bed WAS enormous. There were games for our child. The breakfast was very very GOOD.
Room was really dated, really dark. staff were vaping outside as we entered. Our room was really in need of a complete face-lift.
