The exterior looked quite run-down. the hall carpet seemed worn. i noticed some light coming in from the street. It made sleeping difficult.

I really enjoyed the super friendly and helpful staff. The full Scottish breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and charming. I was actually surprised. It definitely had everything I needed
The room was not soundproof, I could hear sounds made by other guests. Walking around toilet use and shower use were audible. This made it a little difficult to sleep.

friendly stafftasty breakfastexcellent location
the staff were very friendly , offering details for key pick up and parking. parking was right in front of the building. i particularly enjoyed the tasty scottish breakfast , complete with poached eggs. the location was excellent with a handy takeaway and supermarket nearby.
the road outside was a little noisy at times.

a cozy stay on skye
friendly staffscottish breakfast
the staff was amazing and always ready to assist, it felt very personable. the full scottish breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, a great way to start the day. i had a restful night in a very clean room. the location suited me perfectly, right across from the co-op.
i did notice the hotel looked a bit tired. i hope they can get to it soon.

i had a family suite. it was clean and included all i needed. there was enough space for four people in it. the bathroom looked new and the shower was EXCELLENT.
the hotel seemed tired to me. the bed was of poor quality. the location was also poor. my ocean view was across the co-op and its car park.

The price I paid felt way too high. The room cleaning was missed one day despite the sign I placed outside. I got fresh towels after I mentioned it, but that should not have happened. The mattress was not comfortable. Also the bed was too small for me. A total letdown, really.
