clean roomcomfortable bed
I enjoyed that prosecco was given on arrival. I also received a small gift bag upon checkout. It HAD water and protein bars. the room was really CLEAN and the bed was comfortable.

underwhelming stay at wood hall
dated roomslow bar
The room felt quite dated and wasn't as clean as i expected. i noticed some dust in the corners and the bathroom tiles looked a bit grimy. the television remote didn't work properly, and it took a while for someone to come and fix it. the bar service was also quite slow. It took ages to get a drink. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The staff provided really good service . They were genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds offered scenic views, a perfect setting for relaxation. My room was very clean and well-kept. I found the spa facilities clean, so I enjoyed a refreshing swim.
The Wi-Fi signal was intermittent at times, making it challenging to stay connected for work purposes.
