silver platterquiet setting
My room included a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and a lounge. The house features a quiet setting on the edge of town. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. Breakfast included fresh fruit with natural yogurt. A cooked food selection was served on a SILVER platter
the house had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. It's a no smoking hotel, though.

the breakfast was super (i loved the fresh fruit!). john, the host, was friendly. he gave me some cool ideas for things to do nearby. the house has nice furnishings, i will say that.
the house had a noticeable cigarette smell (even though it's supposedly a non-smoking hotel). i think i wouldn't have picked it if i had known beforehand. the cleanliness could improve too. i saw some marks on the bedding.

I found the location very peaceful. It sits opposite New Forest land. I appreciated the generous breakfast served in the dining room each morning. The fresh fruit selection included yogurt and granola.

the house had a noticeable smell of smoke i found this quite unpleasant the cleanliness was not great i spotted stains on the bedding these issues impacted my overall experience negatively
