gem in a great location!
helpful staffwater dispenserlow pressure
the staff are very friendly and helpful. complimentary soft drinks and kitkats were in the mini bar upon arrival. a water dispenser is located on the first floor, useful. three metro stops are within a short walk, so it is convenient to reach centraal station.
the water pressure in the room was low . i hope this issue can be resolved soon to improve the overall experience.

The room was clean and cozy. Nespresso pods were provided daily. a complimentary mini bar was included, stocked each day. i found the room had everything i needed for my stay.

the hotel staff are friendly and provide attentive service. they seem to be available 24/7 and are ready to assist. their warm hospitality created a very pleasant stay.
