friendly staffcomplimentary drinks
the staff was friendly. i really liked the complimentary drinks in the minibar. it included soft drinks and kitkats. there were also three metro stops close to the hotel. it was a short walk to museums.

the staff seemed nice enough, i guess. they let me check in, a low bar they managed to clear.
my room, a comfort double room basement, was a joke. it was like a dungeon. the air conditioning unit blew cold air directly onto the bed, and it was impossible to adjust it. i basically froze all night.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. complimentary soft drinks and kitkats were in the mini bar upon arrival. a water dispenser is located on the first floor, useful. three metro stops are within a short walk, so it is convenient to reach centraal station.
the water pressure in the room was low . i hope this issue can be resolved soon to improve the overall experience.
