full kitchennice touch
The hotel offered a full kitchen (it was really useful). I found two cards for two persons, a nice touch.
I noticed an odor in the room upon checking in. The shower drain cover was also missing.

i got interconnecting rooms one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. the second room needed twin beds so peter paul the manager gave us a complimentary room next to ours i cannot believe it. the staff was always smiling it.
i was asked for 100 euros of deposit. i wasn't told about the early check-in policy of 50 euros if you check-in before 3 pm.

The hotel breakfast was mediocre at best it was not special. Check-in and check-out processes were slow. It took an excessive amount of time. The hotel also levied a 100 EUR deposit. This deposit has not been returned two weeks later despite leaving the room in good condition.
