The room was tastefully decorated. I really liked the shower room. there was also a fabulous selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate. great snacks were available too.
The guest above me snored loudly. I could hear it in my room. it spoiled my stay, the lack of on site staff meant that i had no option but to endure it. in general the room was quite pricey for what was on offer.

The room was well-equipped. I appreciated the provided kettle with tea and coffee. The large space for clothes and luggage cases in the bedroom was useful. On checking out, I was offered to keep my luggage in the office for the day. It was indeed helpful.
The room had no fridge. I needed to keep medicine cool. This absence required me to seek an alternative solution.

The room was a good size and featured an comfortable bed. Two big TVs were available, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. All channels including Netflix were accessible.

The staff was very cute and helpful. The owners promptly provided useful information. Assistance with luggage was offered during check-in. I found this very considerate.

The building had a beautiful entrance hall with welcome drinks. An honesty tray of drinks was available just inside the building entrance. This was appreciated. A powerful and hot shower worked well.

the location was fine.. it was easy enough to get around from there.
I was really annoyed that there was no lift available. Hauling my luggage up several flights of stairs was not fun, and i wasn't offered any assistance with my bags either, which i found pretty poor.

lovely townhouse stay

i found the room very clean. toiletries provided had a nice, light scent. there were wonderful touches like the welcome drink and biscuits. sweets in the room! i was glad to have a great selection of coffee and tea available too.
The hot water varied suddenly. It went from kinda hot to scalding.

The location is on a quiet street, a short distance from activity. walking to many places was easy. plenty of restaurants are very close by. Larger shops are also easily accessible.

the room had high ceilings it was tastefully decorated. the building is beautiful it has wide staircases. period features are visible. staff were very helpful both before and .
hot water varied suddenly i was washing. there was a tiny bottle of mineral water. the room was somewhat over-crowded there was furniture.
