the breakfast was good and had many options to choose from.
i found a significant issue with the room's cleanliness the carpet was full of dog hair upon arrival it was clear it had not been vacuumed thoroughly i also discovered that the bathroom drain was almost completely blocked. this made showering unpleasant and inconvenient

The hotel displayed gorgeous interior decoration. Breakfast provided plentiful options. It certainly accommodated most preferences. The area was quiet. And the pleasant neighborhood was near Water of Leith Walkway.
I arrived early, around 12 noon. The attitude at reception was unwelcoming. The room felt quite smelly, possessing a damp quality.

I really loved how clean the hotel was. it was like staying in a part of the area's history. there was history available about the building and this enriched my experience. the view from my bedroom window looked over dean village. It was amazing. breakfast tasted quite fresh.
the windows were really filthy. i thought that the room definitely needed an upgrade.

the double room included a large bathtub. it also featured a good shower with reliable hot water. a very comfy bed ensured a restful night, and i loved the view.

Breakfast was delicious. It came with both buffet and a la carte options. the price included everything, a nice surprise. the staff were very helpful and accommodating during meal times too.

the hotel enjoys a fantastic location! the johnny walker experience is only ten minutes away by foot. dean village is also a mere ten minutes away in the opposite direction. it was very easy to get around.
