inadequate air conditioning limited tv channels
The air conditioning in the villa was inadequate. It struggled to cool the entire space! this made sleeping uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. the television offered limited channels. I expected more variety, especially given the price of the accommodation. the jacuzzi was out of service. during my stay, it seemed to be inoperable.

nice playground amazing garden
the villa was spacious. there was a nice playground. the children's pool was clean and well-kept. the air conditioning worked well in every room. the garden was amazing.

the staff was pleasant. everyone i interacted with was friendly and polite. they were willing to help. the reception was cute. it was easy to communicate with staff.

the hotel has indoor and outdoor pools. the gym is well equipped with various machines. i found tennis and padel courts. the sauna was available and in good working order. there is a shop nearby.

nice bar indoor pool
The villa offered air conditioning in every room. It was indeed spacious. The sports center provided superb facilities. A very nice bar operated there, as well as a great outdoor and indoor pool.
Accessibility could be improved, I noticed too many stairs. This is not ideal for pushchairs or heavy luggage.
