the hotel is close to the duomo and shopping areas. the breakfast buffet had adequate choices. the housekeeping staff maintained the room well.
i found the bathroom space limited for two people there was little space for toiletries. this was a slight inconvenience .

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was very close to the duomo and main shopping streets. i found the breakfast to be quite good. the staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions.
the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated, and i couldn't find towels when i went to use it.

Staff was lovely. Donna and Manuel showed genuine care and attention to guests each morning. Mathew at reception was very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers perks that I appreciated. I will stay again. Breakfast had many good options and an omelette station. The restaurant manager was cute and friendly each day.
The hotel looks bit dated. Carpets are likely from a previous decade. The rooms require an update.
