classic elegance on the lake

the hotel boasts an excellent breakfast in a grand room with many options the quality is high the room had seating plus a balcony parking is plentiful behind the building a classic alpha romeo rally enhanced my stay i saw beautiful cars parked outside the hotel. the hotel has a relaxed yet attentive atmosphere the staff is very helpful and attentive i felt welcomed immediately it is near boat services. the spa and pool area were amazing i really enjoyed the saltwater pool the hemimgway bar had a great classic style the staff was super and accommodating to all my requests.
the concierge sternly reprimanded me for standing close to the lemon trees near the hotel he seemed concerned that i might pick one it was a minor inconvenience.

the double room had a great lake view it was very comfortable with nice seating and a balcony i enjoyed the natural light and the elegant decor inside the room.

the spa area had various options for relaxation and treatments the pools featured both diving and shallow sections there were plentiful loungers and umbrellas available to use for all hotel guests ensuring i could enjoy the sun comfortably.

the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful they always made me feel welcome and attended to my needs promptly the service was efficient and the team always had a smile on their faces.

The breakfast was fabulous. the gentleman at the concierge desk was very helpful too. He was very informative and professional.
the hotel showed a lack of flexibility in every aspect. one of the surprising policies we found was that spa access was not permitted for more than two hours and needed a reservation.

the hotel boasts baroque decor. the views overlooking the lake are very nice. the pool is large and well-equipped, and the breakfast offers a large choice in an elegant room. the staff helped us with a tour of the 3 islands on the lake, and the spa area felt very modern and classy.
the gym could use a little updating.
