The hotel room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I noticed the AC was strong and consistent . Breakfast provided many choices each morning, which I found satisfying. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and willingness to assist.
I experienced an issue regarding the front desk. They indicated that ordering tickets would incur an extra charge. This deviation from the expected service affected my overall satisfaction.

I did find a couple things disappointing . The breakfast service felt lacking. I found no one to greet me, a bit underwhelming, especially when the pancakes and croissants ran out early. There was also the guarantee charge of 250 Euro. It seemed quite excessive, and I think the hotel could reconsider this practice.

The location worked very well. It was near many TBM stops. The room was also spacious. I liked the arty design and functional amenities. The top-class items met my expectations. Vincent and Nicolas at La Table was pleasant. They worked to make me comfortable.
The breakfasts were poor. It is not a 5-star experience to me. The hotel should not be advertised as 5 star I think. The breakfast space lacked greetings upon arrival. On the first morning, the poached eggs were runny. I wanted them well done.

The room was quite nice and modern. It had a very spacious layout, offering plenty of room to relax. i found the bed comfortable, which led to restful nights. the bathroom had a separate tub, and i appreciated the rainfall shower.
The mini-bar was basically empty. It only had a water bottle. i think it should have more options.
