The hotel's location was pretty good as it was near the tram, made getting around fairly convenient.
My room seemed like a sauna because the air conditioning didn't work. I reported it, but nothing changed (it was unbelievably hot). The breakfast was a chaotic scene with missing cups, bowls, and spoons. The young staff seemed pretty lost.

The room had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast included a rich selection of items. Secure parking was available for added convenience. The tram stop right outside the hotel offered quick access to the city center, so it was easy to travel!
Upon arrival, I noticed webs with flies and spiders near the window and ceiling corners, which I found unpleasant.

The room was well-kept and modern, with a comfortable bed. A connecting door to the kids' room made it easy to keep an eye on them. The lake view added to the overall appeal of the space.

The hotel included a pool and also provided easy access to the tram and bus for city travel. There was a laundromat one metro stop away. Onsite parking was available for a fee.

The hotel restaurant was very convenient. Breakfast offered a huge and amazing selection. There were nearby dining options as well. I found the available options to be convenient and satisfying.
