i found the staff helpful and pleasant. they really went out of their way to assist us. the location near the train station also made commuting simple (which was great!).
the thermostat did not seem to work in my room. the room was very warm, so i had to open the window.

the restaurant offered a Beautifully furnished space. i found alex gave a friendly welcome. the chef charles presented food exquisite. the portions were also more than i expected.
one day there wasnt hot water in the rooms at check out. the reception dealt with this straight away. no offer of compensation was made.
